DURAN, SPOUSE OF ALCEDY DURAN YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC, plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 130 Clinton Road, Suite 202 , Fairfield, NJ 07004, an Answer to the Filed Complaint filed in a Civil Action, in which WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS DELAWARE TRUSTEE OF SMRF TRUST VII-A. is the plaintiff and ALCEDY DURAN; MRS. AS MORTGAGEE AS NOMINEE FOR LUXURY MORTGAGE CORP., A CORPORATION and (2) to recover possession of and concerns premises commonly known as 272-274 EAST 32ND STREET, PATERSON, New Jersey 07504 and known as LOT 8 BLOCK 8515 on the tax map of PASSAIC. Said mortgage was recorded May 17, 2022 in Mortgage Book 17997 at Page 117 in the records of PASSAIC County. Said mortgage was eventually assigned to the Plaintiff, WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS DELAWARE TRUSTEE OF SMRF TRUST VII-A. You, ALCEDY DURAN, are made a party defendant to this foreclosure action because you executed Plaintiff's obligation and mortgage, and are a record owner of the subject property and for any right, title and interest you may have in, to or against the subject property, and may also be liable for any deficiency, You, MRS.
