PUBLIC NOTICETOWNSHIP OF CRANFORDCRANFORD, NEW JERSEYORDINANCE NO. 2026-14AN ORDINANCE SUPPLEMENTING THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CRANFORD, CHAPTER 472 TOBACCOPRODUCTS AND SMOKING, TO AMEND FEES FOR THE LICENSING OF ELECTRONIC SMOKING DEVICEESTABLISHMENTSWHEREAS, by Ordinance 2014-12, the Township Committee of the Township of Cranford established certain regulations and feesfor the licensing of Retail Electronic Smoking Device Establishments, as codified in Chapter 472 of the Municipal Code of the Townshipof Cranford; andWHEREAS, the administrative costs of enforcing the relevant sections of the Code have increased significantly since the adoptionof that ordinance, but the fees have not been adjusted since the adoption of the ordinance in 2014; andWHEREAS, the Township Committee of the Township of Cranford desires to amend the fees to better align with the administrativecosts of enforcement.NOW, THEREFOR
