NOTICE OF CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER Passaic Valley Water Commission, a Municipal Corporation of the State of New Jersey, located at 1525 Main Av., Clifton, N.J., has authorized the following existing contract change order under N.J.A.C. 40A:11-15: The resolution and certification authorizing a change order on the recommendation of the Buyer, Director of Finance and advisement of Counsel, are recorded in the Minutes and are available for public inspection in the office of the Administrative Secretary, Passaic Valley Water Commission, 1525 Main Ave., Clifton, N.J. To: Cornwell Engineering Group. Inc. Newport News VA Services: Change Order No. 2 Project No. 25-PT-02 “Professional Engineering Services for Piloting PFAS Treatment” Total Amount of Original Contract: $540,00.00 Change Order No.1 an increase of $270,000.00 for a new amount of $810,000.00. Change Order No. 2 Continue Funding ongoing Piloting efforts while the Commission reevaluates its options for a continues PFAS piloting program with an increase of $60,000.00, which brings the total adjusted Contract price to $870,000.00 Reason: Change Order #2 to continue support for the project.
