NOTICE OF CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER # 1 Passaic Valley Water Commission, a Municipal Corporation of the State of New Jersey, located at 1525 Main Av., Clifton, N.J., has authorized the following existing contract change order under N.J.A.C. 5:30-11: The resolution and certification authorizing a change order on the recommendation of the Buyer, Director of Engineering and advisement of Counsel, are recorded in the Minutes and are avail-able for public inspection in the office of the Administrative Secretary, Passaic Valley Water Commission, 1525 Main Ave., Clifton, N.J.
