NOTICE OF CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER Passaic Valley Water Commission, a Municipal Corporation of the State of New Jersey, located at 1525 Main Av., Clifton, N.J., has authorized the following existing contract change order under N.J.A.C. 5:30-11: The resolution and certification authorizing a change order on the recommendation of the Buyer, Director of Finance and advisement of Counsel, are recorded in the Minutes and are available for public inspection in the office of the Administrative Secretary, Passaic Valley Water Commission, 1525 Main Ave., Clifton, N.J. Change Order No.2 to Contract No. 24-V-13 “Hot Mix Asphalt” To: Tilcon New York Inc. Parsippany, NJ Total Amount of Original Contract: $229,475.00 Change order No.1 an increase of $45,895.00 for a new not-to-exceed amount of $275,370.00, Change order No. 2 an increase of $34,468.25, which brings the total adjusted Contract increase up to $309,838.25 Reason: Additional quantities for Hot Mix Asphalt due to a surge in main breaks.
