GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a public hearing held on March 10, 2026, the Planning Board of the Township of Gloucester, granted Applicant, MRD GLOUCESTER LLC, Final Site Plan approval with waivers to allow the construction of 180 market rate apartments and associated site improvements, said approval is memorialized in Resolution PB-26-07, (Application #PBA-24-003), adopted on April 14, 2026. The property located at 531 Cross Keys Road, identified on the Tax Map for the Township of Gloucester as Block 18301, Lot 10.01 located within the Township's New Vision Redevelopment Area and New Vision Redevelopment Commercial Overlay Zone (''NVRC Zone") in accordance with the requirements of the Land Development Ordinance of the Township of Gloucester ("LDO") and New Vision Redevelopment Plan (the "Redevelopment Plan").
