Public Notice  The North Bergen Housing Authority (NBHA) is requesting public comments and conducting a public hearing on a proposed Amendment to the Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 2026-2027. The Housing Authority is adding clarifying language to its selection criteria section of the Housing Choice Voucher Program Administrative Plan regarding "Continuously Assisted Families" under 24 CFR 982.20.  The Housing Authority Administrative Plan is a comprehensive policy guide that governs the operations of the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program.
