BLDG. SETBACK: ART III, SECTION 135-7.1 PAR. B. (4) (REQ. 20 FT. – EXISTING 14.7 FT.);
SIDE YARDS: ART. III, SECTION 135-7.1 PAR. B. (5) (REQ. 5 FT., - LEFT SIDE EXISTING 3.5 FT.);
PARKING: 2 FOR EACH DWELLING: ART. III, SECTION 135-12 (REQ 4 SPACES – 2 SPACES EXISTING);
ACCESSORY USES: ART III, SECTION 135-7.1 PAR. B. (13) (EXISTING SHEDS IN SIDE AND REAR YARD SETBACKS); AS WELL AS ANY OTHER VARIANCES DEEMED NECESSARY BY THE BOARD FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 700 CHESTNUT STREET, SECAUCUS, NJ 07094, ALSO KNOWN AS BLOCK NO. 95, LOT NO. 4. ANYONE AFFECTED BY THIS APPLICATION MAY HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD AT A MEETING TO BE HELD JUNE 8, 2026, AT 7:00 P.M., IN THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING LOCATED AT THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT CENTER, 1203 PATERSON PLANK ROAD, SECAUCUS, NJ 07094 AND WHEN THE CASE IS CALLED, YOU MAY APPEAR EITHER IN PERSON OR BY AGENT OR ATTORNEY AND PRESENT ANY OBJECTIONS WHICH YOU MAY HAVE TO THE GRANTING OF THE RELIEF SOUGHT IN THE PETITION.
