PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 14, 2026 , at 6:30 P.M. or as soon as the application may be heard, at the Toms River Township Municipal Offices 33 Washington Street, Toms River, New Jersey, the Toms River Township Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing on the application of the undersigned at which time and place all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. The property in question is designated as Block 591.25, Lot 15 as shown on the Toms River Township Tax Map and is located at 1070 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, New Jersey. The Property is located in the O-15 Office Zone. The applicant is seeking the following approvals:
Applicant seeks a statutory extension of the previously approved Minor Subdivision and Variances granted by the Toms River Township Board of Adjustment on October 23, 2025, which approval was granted for a two (2) story addition with a basement to the existing Hope Sheds Light Building and Minor Subdivision approval to establish two (2) new lots on the subject property. New Lot 15.01 will remain developed with the Presbyterian Church of Toms River Building and New Lot 15.02 will establish an independent lot for Hope Sheds Light.
