LIVINGSTON COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Board of Education of the Dansville Central School District will receive and consider Sealed Bids for the purchase of the following: PROPANE GAS PURCHASE AND DELIVERY FOR DANSVILLE CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT The specifications and bid forms may be obtained during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) at the Dansville Central School District, Business Office, 337 Main Street, Dansville, NY 14437. The Bid must be enclosed in a Sealed Envelope (sent to the ATTN: Business Office, 337 Main Street, Dansville, NY 14437) bearing on the outside the name of the bidder and the item listed above to which their bid is related and must be received by the Business Office, not later than: May 20, 2026, at 10:00am local time At which time bids will be publicly opened and read in the Business Office, 337 Main Street, Dansville, NY 14437 and the right is expressly reserved to reject any or all bids and to negotiate with bidders in the best interest of the Dansville Central School District. All invitations to bid issued by the above-named School District will bind the successful bidders to the conditions and requirements set forth in the invitation to bid, including but not limited to the proposed Contract (and any amendments/supplements thereto) attached to the Invitation and acceptable bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier’s check payable to the Dansville Central School District in the amount of $5,000.
