A Mandatory Pre- Bid Site Inspection is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 1, 2026, at 99 Troy Road, East Greenbush, NY 12061 and attendance will be taken. Any Bidder that has submitted a Bid and has not attended the Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Inspection will not be considered for this contract. All questions regarding this project will be addressed at the Pre-Bid Site Inspection. Bidders may respond to one (1) or both catego- ries. All bidders must comply with the Gener- al Municipal Law, Sect. 103. This bid is subject to NYS Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Article 9, District 10, for the Mowing and Land- scaping Services: Cat- egory 1.
