RFP documents may be available for down- load from the Empire State Bid System website at http://empirestatebidsystem.com starting by the close of business 4:30 PM on Monday, May 4, 2026. Questions may be submitted directly to Mary Hendrick, Purchasing Clerk @ mhendrick@east- greenbush.org by Wednesday, May 13, 2026, by 4:30 PM. Answers will be posted via addenda on Friday, May 15, 2026, by 4:30 PM.
