Copies of information for Bidders, Bid Form, and Specifications may be obtained at the Office of the Village Clerk, or by email. Contact LBrown@highlandfallsny.org Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope at the above address and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder and the inscription: “Bid for: CHEMICALS , Village of Highland Falls.” The Village reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to re-advertise for new bids.
