CITY OF KINGSTON The City of Kingston, New York is issuing a Request for Propos- als (RFP #K26-19) for a Local Waterfront Pro- gram Update. The city is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide specialized con- sulting services experience in Local Wa- terfront Revitalization Plans and Harbor Man- agement Plans for the City of Kingston Rond- out and Esopus Creeks and a portions of the Hudson River.

Sealed proposals will be received at the Plan- ning Office in Kingston City Hall, 420 Broadway, Kingston NY 12401. Pro- posals must be received no later than 2:00pm on June 12, 2026.
