LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV- EN THAT PUBLIC HEAR- INGS WILL BE HELD BY THE CITY OF KINGSTON ZONING BOARD OF AP- PEALS AT KINGSTON CITY HALL, 420 BROAD- WAY, KINGSTON, NY, 12401, ON MAY 14, 2026, 6:00 p.m., FOR THE PUR- POSE OF CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING APPLI- CATIONS: Use Variance cation - 59 Appli- Pearl St., Kingston, NY Ward 2, District 1 Application is for a vari- ance from section 405- 17G(2) to allow for the installation of two free- standing monument signs and from section 405.17D(8)(c) for a bul- letin board exceeding an area of 24 feet. Applications and sup- porting documents are available for review by the public at the City of Kingston Building Safe- ty Department, 5 Gar- raghan Drive, Kingston, NY 12401. At 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the mat- ter can be heard, the public hearings will be opened and the Zoning Board of Appeals will accept comments from all interested members of the public. The public hearing may be closed or continued at the Board's discretion.
