CITY OF MIDDLETOWN REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The City of Middletown, New York is issuing a Request For Proposal (RFP) regarding sale of vacant property owned by the City of Middletown: 30 Church Street, Middletown, New York, City Tax Map Section 8, Block 10, Lot 1. Sealed Proposals will be received by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment of the City of Middletown, New York. Submissions shall be delivered in a sealed envelope marked “30 Church Street Proposal” to the Office of Economic and Community Development, City Hall, 3rd Floor, 16 James Street, Middletown, New York 10940 and accepted until 3:30 PM, Thursday, July 2, 2026. Late Submissions will not be considered. Proposals will be publicly opened and read at 4:00 PM on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at the Board of Estimate and Apportionment meeting.
