BID ADVERTISEMENT Sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk of the City of Rome, New York, up until April 30, 2026, 11:00 a.m. for the following project: RFB-2026-005 2026 Cold Milling and Resurfacing Project BID OPENING Bid will be publicly opened and read aloud on April 30, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers located at Rome City Hall, 2 nd Floor 198 North Washington St, Rome, NY, 13440 BID SUBMITTAL & FORMS All bids must be received no later than submission deadline listed above. The City of Rome will not accept late bid submissions. Electronic submissions are not permitted for these bidding documents. Bid packages can be delivered to Rome City Hall or dropped in overnight depository.
