RECONSTRUCTION

The project includes a General Construction Contract and associated work for toilet room accessibility modifications and installation of a new accessible ramp at Zion Episcopal Church, Clarke Memorial Hall, 140 West Liberty Street, Rome, NY 13440. Bids will be received by Zion Church on Thursday, April 30 th , 2026 at 1:00PM local time. Submit (2) copies of the Bid Form. Address sealed Bids to Zion Episcopal Church, 140 West Liberty Street, Rome, NY 13440, attention: Mrs. Tina Rescigno.

Obtaining Contract Documents :

Drawings, Specifications and Bid Forms may be obtained at the office of MARCH Associates Architect & Planners, PC Telephone: 315-733-3344, at location noted above.

Upon request for bidding documents; provide Bidder’s company name, Bidder’s business and shipping address (if different), Contact person(s), Telephone number, Fax number, and E-mail address for the individual responsible for receiving Addendums.

No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening thereof.

Zion Episcopal Church reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in or to reject any or all bids.

Zion Episcopal Church further reserves its right to disqualify Bidders for any material failure to comply with the “Instructions to Bidders” and “Supplementary Instructions to Bidders.”
