NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Board of Education of Madison-Oneida Board of Cooperative Educational Services (MOBOCES) on behalf of Morrisville-Eaton Central School District, who is a Participating School District in the MOBOCES Cooperative Bidding Service (referred to herein as either Morrisville-Eaton CSD or “PSD”), and in accordance with the General Municipal Law and the policies and procedures of the BOCES, requests sealed bids for the following goods and/or services. Bids will be accepted until 3:00 p.m., May 14, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened: PARKING LOT SEALING AND STRIPING IFB 26-05-004 Bids will be received at the Cooperative Bidding Office in the District Office Building at Madison-Oneida BOCES, 4937 Spring Rd, Verona, NY 13478. Any bid submitted will be binding for forty five (45) days subsequent to date of bid opening, unless earlier released in writing. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part. Bid forms and specifications are available at the Cooperative Bidding Office in the District Office Building at Madison-Oneida BOCES from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
