L-1 NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS THE CITY OF WHITE PLAINS - DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS Sealed Bids or Proposals will be received by the Commissioner of Public Works of The City of White Plains, N.Y., at their office 255 Main Street, White Plains, N.Y., until 10:00 A.M. the Thirteenth (13th) Day of May 2026, at which place and after which time they will be publicly opened and read-aloud for the following work: CONTRACT NO. TITLE BID SECURITY 903467 Milling and Paving Asphalt $150,000.00 At Various Locations DATE OF COMPLETION November 13, 2026 PLANS/SPECS DEPOSIT No Deposit Required LIQUIDATED DAMAGES $1,000.00 per Day PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTRACT DOCUMENTS must be directly requested via email to Kenneth Pasqualini, Contract Clerk (kpasqualini@whiteplainsny.gov). Work includes furnishing all materials (except those furnished under any other contracts noted hereinafter) and doing all labor and work necessary to complete said work. PLANS, AND/OR SPECIFICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the office of the Commissioner of Public Works, at Municipal Building, 255 Main Street, White Plains, N.Y. (by appointment ONLY).
