LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that sealed proposals for the “North Washington Avenue Sidewalk Connection” will be received by the Town Clerk of the Town of Greenburgh, Greenburgh Town Hall, 177 Hillside Avenue, White Plains, NY 10607 until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2026. The requested work will consist of design and construction management services for rock removal and sidewalk installation, and property acquisition to facilitate that work. A detailed Request for Proposals (RFP) is available on the Town's website, www.greenburghny.com, BidNet, www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york, and the New York State Contract website, www.nyscr.ny.gov. Proposer must submit statement of non-collusion in accordance with Section 103-D of the Municipal Law. Sealed proposals must be addressed to the Town Clerk and marked: “RFP # 2026-01 North Washington Avenue Sidewalk Connection for the TOWN OF GREENBURGH” THE TOWN BOARD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS.
