Multifamily Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2019-SB58, Plaintiff, vs. Mazel on Del LLC, ET AL., Defendant(s). Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on April 6, 2026, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Erie County Clerk's Office, 92 Franklin Street, Buffalo, NY 14202 on June 9, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., premises known as 2763 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14214. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the City of Buffalo, County of Erie and State of New York, Section 90.21, Block 3, and Lot 1, as well as all personal property of Defendant as identified in that certain Consolidation, Extension and Modification Agreement, dated as of August 28, 2018, and recorded on October 19, 2018, as Control No. 2018209737, in Book 11336, Page 638, and excluding any funds held by Plaintiff in any reserve, escrow, or suspense fund, excluding any funds held by Plaintiff in any cash management account, and excluding any funds held by the court-appointed receiver. Approximate amount of judgment is $2,926,011.73 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index #1:22-CV-00602-EAW-LGF. Thomas J.
