That Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Rocket Mortgage, LLC fka Quicken Loans, LLC duly assigned said Note and Mortgage to Rocket Mortgage, LLC fka Quicken Loans, LLC by Assign- ment dated January 12, 2024 and recorded on January 17, 2024 in the Office of the Clerk of Al- bany County in Instrument No. R2024-1100. The relief sought in the within action is a final judg- ment directing the sale of the Mortgaged Prem- ises described above to satisfy the debt secured by the Mortgage described above.
