Pursuant to an Order Confirming Referee Report and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on April 3, 2026, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Washington County Courthouse, main entrance of Building C, Supreme Courtroom, 383 Broadway, Fort Edward, NY 12828 on June 17, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., premises known as 8 Ferris Street, Hudson Falls, NY 12839. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Hudson Falls, County of Washington and State of New York, Section 154.5, Block 1 and Lot 26. Approximate amount of judgment is $69,204.87 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index #EC2024-36986.
