This is an action for foreclosure of a mortgage made by Josie Dee Kirton (now deceased) to Citizens Bank, N.A., in the original amount of $440,000.00 with interest, dated July 23, 2020, recorded August 6, 2020 in the Nassau County Clerk's Office in Book M44434, page 222. The relief sought is the foreclosure of the mortgage lien and the public sale of the mortgaged premises and in case of your failure to appear, judgment may be taken against you extinguishing any interest or judgment lien you may have in the mortgaged premises.
