To all interested citizens Notice of Public Hearing Sponsored by: City of Binghamton Community Development Advisory Committee The City of Binghamton as an entitlement community receives an annual allocation from the Department of Housing and Community Development (HUD) generally in excess of $2 million to address housing and non-housing community development needs that the City should prioritize in the Fiscal Year 52 (2026-2027) Annual Action Plan. These plans will address activities that will be funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds. The Fiscal Year for the allocation of the Annual Action Plan funds will run from September 1st, 2026 to August 31st, 2027. A public hearing sponsored by the Community Development Advisory Committee will be held to obtain comments. This meeting will be held on: Wednesday, April 30, 2026 6:30 p.m. This meeting shall be held in City Council Chambers located on the First Floor of City Hall at 38 Hawley Street, Binghamton, NY. Written comments regarding the usage of these funds may also be emailed to smcostick@cityofbinghamton.gov.
