LEGAL NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION ON MONDAY, APRIL 13, 2026 NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL HEARING OF COMPLAINTS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the Assessor of the City of Binghamton, County of Broome, has completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year and that a copy has been left with the Assessor’s Office at City Hall, 38 Hawley St. 2nd Floor, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until the Fourth Tuesday in May. Tentative Roll can be viewed online at http:/Binghamton-ny.gov/departments/assessment/assessment. Pursuant to Section 526 of the NYS Real Property Tax Law, the Assessor or her designee will be in attendance with the tentative assessment roll at the Binghamton City Hall in the assessment office on the 2nd floor: Weekdays beginning: May 12, 2026 9:30AM – 1:30PM May 13, 2026 9:30AM – 1:30PM May 14, 2026 9:30AM – 1:30PM May 15, 2026 9:30AM – 1:30PM Pursuant to Section 525, NYS Real Property Tax law, the Board of Assessment Review will meet Tuesday, May 26, 2026 between the hours of 9:00AM – 4:30PM, at Binghamton City Hall, 38 Hawley St in said City, to hear and examine all complains in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing himself/herself to be aggrieved. All applications must be filed on or before 4:30PM on May 26, 2026. Appointments will be scheduled as applications are received.
