LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the New York State Urban Development Corporation, doing business as Empire State Development (“ESD” or the “Corporation”), pursuant to Section 16(2) of the New York State Urban Development Corporation Act (Chapter 174, Section 1, Laws of 1968, as amended) (the “Act”), has adopted a General Project Plan (the “Plan”) with respect to the project listed below. Copies of the Plan(s) are available without charge to any person who shall make a request. The Corporation will file such Plan(s) in the office of the County Clerk of each Project location. A copy of the Plan is also on file at the principal office of the Corporation, 655 Third Avenue, New York, New York 10017, and is available for inspection by request. City of Binghamton Volunteers Improving Neighborhood Environments (VINES) Capital Regional Council Capital Fund RC9 (Capital Grant) – Binghamton (Southern Tier Region – Broome County) – ESD proposes to make a $200,000 grant for the construction of a a 4,000 square foot net-zero energy office space for 5 offices and 8-10 work stations to expand community programing, financial planning, Science Technology Engineering Math (“STEM”) lessons, agricultural and agri-business workshops, and serve as a distribution hub for local fresh produce located at 157 Susquehanna Street, Binghamton, NY.
