LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS of the CITY OF BINGHAMTON NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Binghamton Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on 4/14/2026 in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Binghamton, New York, at 5:15 p.m. At that time, parties of interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard in reference to an application by Garrison Paugh, pursuant to Section 410-94 of the City of Binghamton Zoning Ordinance, for Area Variance for no landscape buffer where a 5’ wide landscape buffer is required along the street frontage at 428 Court St, Binghamton, New York. The property is located in the C-1 Service Commercial District. The proposal is an Unlisted Action per the New York Environmental Quality Review act. This application is available for inspection by appointment at the office of the Planning Department, City Hall, Binghamton, New York, 13901-3776.
