 Legal Notice # 21929824 NOTICE TO BIDDERS Board of Education New Hyde Park Garden City Park USFD Administration Building 1950 Hillside Ave. New Hyde Park, N.Y. 11040 Sealed proposals for the following will be received by the Board of Education, 1950 Hillside Ave., New Hyde Park, New York 11040, until April 15, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. at which time the proposals will be publicly read: REFUSE REMOVAL/ DUMPSTER SERVICE The School District reserves the right to specify a later bid opening date through a bid addendum. If the Administration Office is closed on the specified date for the bid opening due to inclement weather or other emergency, bids will be opened on the next business day on which the Administration Office is open. The specifications and bid forms may be secured on or after April 2, 2026 from the Director of Facilities Office, Administration Building, 1950 Hillside Ave., New Hyde Park, New York 11040. Any bid received after the time stated for opening of bids will be returned to the bidder unopened. Each bidder assumes the risk of any delay caused by the mail or by other means of delivery.
