AMENDED NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ________ PLEASE BE ADVISED that the public hearing originally scheduled to be held pursuant to Title 1 of Article 18-A of the New York State General Municipal Law (the "Act") by the New Rochelle Industrial Development Agency (the "Agency") on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., with respect to 277 NR Principal LLC / 277 North Avenue GP LLC has been rescheduled. The public hearing will now be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., local time, at New Rochelle City Hall in the City Council Conference Room, 515 North Avenue, New Rochelle, New York 1080.
