Public Notice Town of Wawayanda TOWN OF WAWAYANDA PLANNING BOARD Orange County, New York Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the Town of Wawayanda Planning Board at the Wawayanda Town Hall, Ridgebury Hill Road, Town of Wawayanda, Slate Hill, Orange County, New York on April 8, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. or soon thereafter to consider the following. Owner: Daniel & Sara Freeman 595 Co Rt 22 Slate Hill, NY 10973 Applicant is requesting a Special Use Permit for an Accessory Apartment. The property is located on County Route 22 in the AR – Agricultural Residential Zone. Parcel Section 22 Block 1 Lot 49 on the tax map of the Town of Wawayanda. All interested parties wishing to be heard shall be heard at that time. Maps and other documentation may be reviewed at the Town Hall Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 and 12:30, and 1:30 to 4:00.
