NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF WAWAYANDA ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Wawayanda, Orange County, New York, pursuant to the application of Thomas A. Green. The applicant is applying for an AREA Variances of Town Code 195-17 (3) (b) Accessory structures on residential lots not attached to a principal structure shall be no closer to the street than any principal structure on the lot, Town Code 195-17 (b) The maximum 1,250-square-foot limitation set forth in Subsection A(7)(a) shall be the maximum square footage for all accessory structures combined, and Bulk Table Requirement of a 40 ft front yard setback and 20 ft side yard are required. The application affects the following premises: Record Owner: Thomas A. Green 870 South Plank Road Slate Hill, NY 10973 Tax Map: Section 22, Block 1, Lot 88.433 in the AR – Agricultural Residential Zone The hearing shall take place at 7:00 P.M. on the 9th day of April 2026 at the Wawayanda Town Hall, located on Ridgebury Hill Road, Town of Wawayanda, Orange County, New York, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Zoning Board of Appeals permits. Copies of the application and supporting documentation are on file with the Zoning Board Secretary at the Town Hall and available for inspection.
