Public Notice Town of Wawayanda TOWN OF WAWAYANDA PLANNING BOARD Orange County, New York Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the Town of Wawayanda Planning Board at the Wawayanda Town Hall, Ridgebury Hill Road, Town of Wawayanda, Slate Hill, Orange County, New York on April 22, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. or soon thereafter to consider the following. Owner: J&E Masters LLC 917 Co Rt 12 New Hampton, NY 10958 Applicant is requesting a Lot Consolidation and 3-Lot Subdivision. Property is located on County Route 12 in an RH – Rural Highway and AB – Agricultural Business Zone. Parcels Section 21 Block 1 Lot 35.2 & Section 21 Block 1 Lot 71 on the tax map of the Town of Wawayanda. Planning Board has classified this as a Unlisted action under SEQR. All interested parties wishing to be heard shall be heard at that time. Maps and other documentation may be reviewed at the Town Hall Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 and 12:30, and 1:30 to 4:00. Hon.
