Public Notice Town of Wawayanda TOWN OF WAWAYANDA PLANNING BOARD Orange County, New York Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the Town of Wawayanda Planning Board at the Wawayanda Town Hall, Ridgebury Hill Road, Town of Wawayanda, Slate Hill, Orange County, New York on April 22, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. or soon thereafter to consider the following. Location: Co Rt 12 & Onion Ave New Hampton, NY 10958 Record Owner: Hudson Capitol 168 LLC 55 St John Street Goshen, NY 10924 Applicant is requesting a 4-Lot Subdivision and Site Plan Review - Special Use Permits for two Cemetries. One cemetery will be located on Lot 2 and the other Lot 4 of the subdivided lots. The property is located on County Route 12 and Onion Avenue in the RH – Rural Highway and AB – Agricultural Business Zone. Parcel Section 21 Block 1 Lot 20.332 on the tax map of the Town of Wawayanda. All interested parties wishing to be heard shall be heard at that time. Maps and other documentation may be reviewed at the Town Hall Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 and 12:30, and 1:30 to 4:00.
