Public hearing on multifamily housing special permit application by Johnson Estates, LLC.

LEGAL NOTICE The Village of Spring Valley Board of Trustees, will hold a public hearing on March 17, 2026, at 8:15 PM in the Village Auditorium, located at 200 N. Main St. Spring Valley, NY, 10977 for the purpose of hearing public comments on the application of Johnson Estates, LLC requesting the Board of Trustees to: 1) grant a special permit for multifamily housing and 2) a special permit to allow for construction of four stories, at 25-43 Johnson Street designated on the Tax Map of the Village of Spring Valley as 57.30, Block 2, Lots 2, 3, 36,37, 38, 39, 40 and 41. Comments related to the application will be received at this time. The Village Hall is accessible to persons with disabilities.
