LEGAL NOTICE The Village of Spring Valley Board of Trustees, will hold a public hearing on March 17, 2026, at 8:15 PM in the Village Auditorium, located at 200 N. Main St. Spring Valley, NY, 10977 for the purpose of hearing public comments on the application of Vicot Chery requesting the Board of Trustees to grant a special permit for the proposed use of an Autobody Shop at 318 Roosevelt Avenue, Spring Valley, New York. Comments related to the application will be received at this time. The Village Hall is accessible to persons with disabilities. If special accommodations are needed for persons with disabilities, those with hearing impairments, or those in need of translation from English, those individuals should contact Olga Sweet, Village Clerk, at (845) 352-1100, at least three days in advance of the hearing date to allow for necessary arrangements.
