LEGAL NOTICE The Village of Spring Valley Board of Trustees, will hold a public hearing on March 17, 2026, at 8:15 PM in the Village Auditorium, located at 200 N. Main St. Spring Valley, NY, 10977 for the purpose of hearing public comments on the application of Binyamin Amona requesting the Board of Trustees to grant: 1) a special permit for the use of a warehouse in the GB Zone and 2) special permit for a four story building at 192 North Main Street designated on the Tax Map of the Village of Spring Valley as 50.79-2-2. Comments related to the application will be received at this time. The Village Hall is accessible to persons with disabilities. If special accommodations are needed for persons with disabilities, those with hearing impairments, those individuals should contact Olga Sweet, Village Clerk, at (845) 352-1100, at least three days in advance of the hearing date to allow for necessary arrangements.
