LEGAL NOTICE The Village of Spring Valley Board of Trustees, will hold a public hearing on March 17, 2026, at 8:15 PM in the Village Auditorium, located at 200 N. Main St. Spring Valley, NY, 10977 for the purpose of hearing public comments on the application of 113-115 Lake Street requesting the Board of Trustees to: 1) grant a special permit for multifamily housing and 2) to amend the PRD overlay district to include 113-115 Lake Street designated on the Tax Map of the Village of Spring Valley as 57.24-2-6, 57.24-2-4 and 57.32-1-9 with certain conditions. Comments related to the application will be received at this time. The Village Hall is accessible to persons with disabilities. If special accommodations are needed for persons with disabilities, those with hearing impairments, those individuals should contact Olga Sweet, Village Clerk, at (845) 352-1100, at least three days in advance of the hearing date to allow for necessary arrangements.
