ERIE COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE CONCERNING THE EXAMINATION OF ASSESSMENT INVENTORY AND VALUATION DATA (Pursuant to Section 501 of the Real Property Tax Law) Notice is hereby given that the assessment inventory and valuation data is available for public examination and review. This data is the information that will be used to establish the assessment roll of the Town of Amherst to be filed on or before May 1st, 2026. The information may be reviewed in the Assessor’s office at Amherst Town Hall, 5583 Main Street, Williamsville, NY 14221 between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
