ERIE COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Chapter 83, Part III, Section 2, Paragraph 2-3.1 of The Building Construction, Development, Fire Prevention, Housing Maintenance Code of the Town of Amherst, the undersigned Examining Board will conduct the regular examination of all applicants for license to engage in the plumbing and sewer contracting business in the Town of Amherst. The said examination will be held in the Northtown Center at Amherst, 1615 Amherst Manor, Williamsville, NY 14221 on Wednesday evening, April 8, 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Eastern Time. No applicant will be examined unless he has filed the following requirements with the Town Clerk of the Town of Amherst at least thirty (30) days before the examination: 1. A written application for examination, together with the examination fee of $100 for Master Plumber, and Sewer Contractor candidates, OR $75 fee for Journeyman Plumber and Journeyman Sewerman candidates; 2. Two passport size photographs with your name on the back.
