General Notice ADVERTISEMENT Town of Amherst Amherst, NY Oxygen System Replacement: Phase 1 - VPSA Procurement The Town of Amherst (Owner) is requesting Bids for the procurement of the following Project: Town of Amherst Water Pollution Control Facility Oxygen System Replacement: Phase 1 - VPSA Procurement Project 2020.002B Bids will be received at the Town Municipal Building located at 5583 Main Street, Williamsville, NY, until Thursday April 2, 2026 at 12:00 PM local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes furnishing Goods and Special Services for vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) equipment at the Amherst Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF). Installation of Goods is not part of this Contract. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Oxygen System Replacement: Phase 1 - VPSA Procurement, Contract 1P. Bid Security Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
