that the Town Board of the Town of East Green- bush shall hold a public hearing for the Meppen Senior Housing Major Site Plan (PZD#: 26-01.) The proposed Project at 390 Elliot Road, East Greenbush, NY (Town Tax Map as Parcel No. 167.-4-40.1) includes the construction of two (2) four-unit senior apart- ment buildings (eight (8) total dwelling units), together with associ- ated site improvements such as stormwater management facilities, parking areas, and ac- cess drives. The Town Board has initiated en- vironmental review the Project pursuant to the State Environmen- tal Quality Review Act ("SEQRA") and wishes to receive public com- ment as part of the SE- QRA record.
