LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF MOREAU NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO PERMIS- SIVE REFERENDUM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV- EN that at a Town Board meeting held on Febru- ary 24, 2026, the Moreau Town Board adopted a Resolution which is sub- ject to permissive referendum pursuant to Section 209-e of the Town Law. The Resolu- tion approves the estab- lishment of Extension No. 7 of Sewer District No. 1 to connect a 100- unit apartment project known as The Grove on Sisson Road to the Sew- er System. The extension is at the re- quest of the developer who will be entirely re- sponsible for the cost of the Extension.
