tennis, and basketball courts at the Harry J. Betar Recreation Park. The Resolution is sub- ject to permissive refer- endum pursuant to Ar- ticle 7 of the New York Town Law. An abstract of the Resolution is as follows: The Town Board accepts the bid to con- struct pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts at the Harry J. Betar Recre- ation Park from Edward & Thomas O'Connor Inc., in an amount not to exceed $198,900.00 from account HT7180.4, subject to permissive referendum.
