PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Moreau will hold a Public Hear- ing on April 14, 2026 at 7:01 p.m. at the Moreau Town Hall, 351 Reyn- olds Road, Moreau, New York regarding granting a cable television fran- chise agreement by and between the Town of Moreau and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indi- rect subsidiary of Char- ter Communications. A copy of the agreement is available for public in- spection during normal business hours at the Clerk's office, Moreau Town Hall, 351 Reynolds Road, Moreau, New York and also on the Town of Moreau website at
