LEGAL NOTICE OF RESOLUTION NOTICE OF ADOPTION ACCEPTING A BID TO CONSTRUCT PICKLE- BALL, TENNIS, & BAS- KETBALL COURTS WITH OPPORTUNITY FOR PER- MISSIVE REFERENDUM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on March 10, 2026, the Moreau Town Board adopted a Resolution accepting a bid to con- struct pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts at the Harry J. Betar Recreation Park. The Resolution is sub- ject to permissive refer- endum pursuant to Ar- ticle 7 of the New York Town Law. An abstract of the Resolution is as follows: The Town Board accepts the bid to con- struct pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts at the Harry J. Betar Recre- ation Park from Edward & Thomas O'Connor Inc., in an amount not to exceed $198,900.00 from account HT7180.4, subject to permissive referendum. A full copy of the Resolution is on file in the Town Clerk's Office at the Moreau Town Hall, 351 Reyn- olds Road, Moreau, New York 12828, and posted on the Town's website, and can be examined by any Town elector during normal business hours.
