PUBLIC HEARING TO THE PEOPLE OF THE VILLAGE OF JOHNSON CITY: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held on the 23rd day of February, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. or soon thereafter in the Village Municipal Building, 60 Lester Avenue Board Room, Johnson City, NY for the purpose of considering the requested use variance to the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Johnson City, more specifically THAT THE PETITIONER, Dylan Schuldt, be granted an expanded use variance to further include vehicle repairs at the existing vehicle detailing business at 10 Olive Street, Johnson City, NY. The applicant is seeking an use variance from Section 300-20.3 Table 20-2 of the Zoning Law. The application is open to inspection at the Planning Department. Persons wishing to appear at the hearing may do so in person or communications in writing regarding said application may be filed with the Zoning Board of Appeals prior to or at said hearing. Please be advised that the Village website at www.villageofjc.com will be the best resource for the most up to date information regarding the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting and this referenced public hearing.
