Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held by the City of Auburn Planning Board on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. in Council Chambers at Memorial City Hall, 24 South Street, Auburn NY 13021.




The Planning Board may consider the following requests:




1. Presentation – Major Site Plan Review at 30 Cottage St. The applicant has proposed construction of three open-air covered lumber storage structures; 3,480 Sq. Ft., 5,720 Sq.ft., and 6,785sq. ft. and one office showroom; 3,500 sq. ft. as well as site specific details for Builders Choice. Applicant: Jonathan Geherin
