VILLAGE OF MONTGOMERY PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING VILLAGE OF MONTGOMERY PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE , that the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 7:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York 12549, to consider the application of 9 Bridge Street LLC, (the “9 Bridge Street Project”), to permit a minor subdivision (lot line change), for the transfer of 4,392 square feet to an adjoining lot, and for site plan approval and special exception use approval, to the permit the construction of a 995 square foot addition to an existing two and one-half story structure. The public hearing will consider the application for minor subdivision approval, site plan approval and special exception use approval, and will also consider the potential adverse environmental impacts associated with the application. The property is located at the corner of Bridge Street and NYS Route 17K and is designated on the tax map as Section 202, Block 2, Lot 1. The project involves lots 202-2-1, 202-2-2 and 202-2-3. The Property is located in the B-2 zoning district. At the above date, time and place all interested persons will be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard.
